I am having a hard time paying my bill from India.
I have enabled International Transactions on my credit card.
I get the OTP from PayPal but Payment seems to be declined.
No trace on any activity from my bank.

I’m not from India but usually, if I want to pay and can’t use PayPal, I use my Debit Card, all works as expected.
If you get declined Payment somewhere, I’ll suggest contacting support. They should be able to give you a more accurate reason as to why your cards are being declined and if the issue is from their end or the other. This would be both for PayPal or DigitalOcean.
