Create a new subdomain for a seperated WordPress install on a WordPress multisite

WordPress DigitalOcean Ubuntu

I don't know how to put it clearly in the title so I will try to explain it thoroughly here:

I have a WordPress multisite installed under my var/www/wordpress, point to my main domain like I can create microsite like Everything was working fine.

Then I need to test some plugin on one of my microsite, but since the plugin doesn't support multisite, it affected all my other microsite.

So I want to install a new seperated WordPress under var/www/seperatedsite that point to

I followed the tutorial here: and here: , but when I used service apache2 reload, I got this message: The apache2 configtest failed. Not doing anything.
Output of config test was:
[Mon Feb 15 00:03:24.465126 2016] [core:warn] [pid 31335] AH00111: Config variable ${APACHELOGDIR} is not defined
[Mon Feb 15 00:03:24.465310 2016] [core:warn] [pid 31335] AH00111: Config variable ${APACHELOGDIR} is not defined
AH00558: apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this message
(2)No such file or directory: AH02291: Cannot access directory '/etc/apache2/${APACHELOGDIR}/' for error log of vhost defined at /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/
AH00014: Configuration check failed
Action 'configtest' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.

I tried go to and it took me to

Please give me advice on what should I do. I had installed WordPress using One-click WordPress install.
