Please open up a support ticket if you can’t access a droplet through the Remote Console. Thanks!

Bruno, conseguiu acessar usando VNC?
@brunoneiva: Take a look at https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-setup-vnc-for-ubuntu-12
I tried to access my droplet via browser, I tried by Chrome, Chromium, FF and neither worked. I’m using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS in my own machine and I tried access by RealVNC and didn’t works (I installed VNC server in my dropled…) as well.
There is any suggestions to access my droplet via graphical interface?
@john.obrien: No, the console is run through the hypervisor so a firewall will not affect it.
Is it possible that firewall could block access, preventing the console from working?
@fadin.andrey: Please open up a support ticket.
