It says that two of the dependencies are outdated, so try installing the version it’s requesting:

npm update minimatch@3.0.2
npm update graceful-fs@4.0.0

Or run the ls command to list which dependencies are using outdated versions:

npm ls minimatch
npm ls graceful-fs
