How to Install and Config HHVM with PHP7-FPM (Fallback) in Nginx

Nginx PHP Configuration Management Ubuntu Ubuntu 16.04

I wanted to config HHVM with PHP7-FPM (As Fallback) IN Ubuntu 16.10 I am using Nginx but whenever i am trying its keep on giving 502,404 all PHP files!

These are config of (/etc/nginx/sites-available)
