I am new here I registered account and I have make first time payment since 5days ago they ask me to upload proof of identification and I do but sine 3days ago they don’t activate my account or send message to me till this moment this is very bad and I don’t think I will use their service in future because it look like scam

I have already send 3 tickets but no response from them
