Use this command to reconfigure phpMyAdmin:
Just follow the prompts to reset the root password then try login again with your new credentials.

You need to login with the username/password as you’ve defined in the
.htpasswd
file located in the phpmyadmin root folder. If you cannot remember the information, then remove the file.192.168.1.102 does not sound like a DigitalOcean server to me.
