Internal network bandwidth calculation

I'm going to use webcheck utility to check my site for common errors. webcheck is installed on the same droplet server as my site. Will digitalocean calculate internal bandwidth in this case?

This won't affect your traffic because it will be using the loop back interface for locally hitting your server which is a different interface than your public network.
