Question

Is there a way to block IP ranges on App Platform?

I would like to block access to my site on App Platform, preferably by Country. Is this possible or do I need to add code to my application to get data from ipstack/maxmind api and do the blocking myself at the app level?

👋 @littledog

It is not possible to do this via App Platform and would require the blocking to occur within your app with data like ipstack/maxmind.

I’m not sure we’ve considered this feature, you could recommend it on your feature ideas site: https://ideas.digitalocean.com/

Hope this helps!

+1 would be nice to block hostile clients
