is there tutorial about to install l2tp vpn on debian ?
Debian is almost identical to Ubuntu... It's literally a matter of apt-get install. You need Openswan for (IPSec), xl2tpd for (L2TP), and ppp + lsof. One these are installed it comes down to your config files, you need to mod some Firewall and sysctl settings based on your need.... For example, do you want forwarding enabled? How do you want redirects handled? Etc. Almost any tutorial on Ubuntu / Debian should give you what you need. I'm sorry, If I had more time I would go through each step.
