LDAP Authentification (Acitve Directory) on Debian 7

Our company uses Active Directory (Win2008R2), and we want to authenticate with these users (over LDAP) in our Linux Machines (Debian 7).

We configured nslcd as guided by manuals, but it doesn't work. Debugging mode of nslcd says, "Invalid Credentials". I think this has to do with the full DN which is used to authenticate this user (eg. CN=Max Müller,...).

Has anybody experience in that kind of problem?

Thank you in advance.
