Minecraft server on Droplet keeps crashing randomly

Java DigitalOcean Debian

Hi, I'm new to DigitalOceans VPS's but have knowledge previous to that with Debian and have previously hosted everything myself. I have a 1GB of RAM Droplet and followed the steps here https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-a-minecraft-server-on-linux on how to set it up. It gives clients the error of "Internal Exceptions: java.io.IOExceptions: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". Regardless to how many different version I have tried and support I have looked for online nothing has come back. In the terminal it tells me that the server can't keep up repeatedly previous to its crash and crashes even though the server has already been running for 30 mins before with no lag issues.

Console for server before crash

Error for clients after crash
