I registered a DNS record type A in my domain:

mautic.fullship.com.br

AIMED TO: 137,184.72.0

However, even after 72 hours it doesn’t work.

THIS ERROR APPEARS TO ME:

“Cannot access this site”
“mautic.fullship.com.br refused to connect.”

How can I solve this?

I made a typing error above.

The correct IP is: 137.184.72.0

Hello,

Your DNS is set up correctly. You can check this here:

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tools/dns?domain=mautic.fullship.com.br

You are getting the connection refused error as your domain is redirecting from HTTP to HTTPS, but you do not have an SSL certificate installed and port 443 is not open.

You can install a free SSL by following the steps here:

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-secure-nginx-with-let-s-encrypt-on-ubuntu-18-04

In this tutorial, we will show you how to use Let's Encrypt to obtain a free SSL certificate and use it with Nginx on Ubuntu 18.04. We will also show you how to automatically renew your SSL certificate. If you're running a different web server, simply follow your web server's documentation to learn how to use the certificate with your setup.
