Nginx and jekyll - subfolders

June 11, 2015 2k views

I have installed jekyll and Nginx on my druplet. My problem is that i cannot loud other resources than index.html.

I have build my jekyll site in a /public/folder which i have set as root om Nginx. I have gived the folder access etc. The index.html is available, but my css is not loaded, and i get a 500 error from Nginx. The css is located in a "/css" folder.

Do i need any special setup in Nginx for subfolders, or should it work out of the box like a static server ?
