Problem Verifying Account

I added a credit card to my account, and I got a this error: "You already have an outstanding verification ticket ", then somehow I opened a "Automated Account Verification Request" ticket, added all needed information to it. But my account is still under review, please help me. Thanks in advance.

  • Unfortunately, when a new account is flagged for verification, it needs to be manually reviewed by a member of the support team. You can view your open tickets directly in the control panel.
