  • Can you clarify a bit?

    • What software are you running on your droplet.
    • What errors are you seeing in your logs
    • Is your droplet still responding to ssh requests, pings, the console in the control panel?

We're happy to help you resolve the problems you're encountering but your message doesn't provide any insight into exactly what those issues are.

    • We are running three atlassian applications JIRA , CONFLUENCE,FISH EYE

We checked from application end and are not able to find any application specific errors in logs. We have not performed any changes in these applications recently.
The error doesn’t appear for all users simultaneously. The error is occurring at different times for different users.
    Attached error screen shot:

By pinging all the packets are transmitted without any errors.

By trace route 30hops max 60 packets max

The issue occurs when user tries to perform any of the operation (refreshing admin pages, trying to access repositories links. . etc.
Both applications/database/crowd authentications servers all in same subnet and load balancers server load balancers IP range (93. Segment ).

    Thanks,

  • Are you seeing any load issues on your Droplet during those times? Are there any common factors during the times where this is happening?
