Support page broken and keeps looping when I try to respond to ticket.
Got an email saying I needed to respond to a ticket or be deleted. I can get to the ticket but when I try to respond I get a page saying my account has been locked and loops me back to the support page. I've submitted a ticket to support but I don't even get an auto-response. I really need to get this fixed and don't want my data deleted. Anyone have a way to contact DigitalOcean? I can't find phone number, chat, etc. I've tweeted at them as well but have yet to hear a peep from them. HELP!
