Support page broken and keeps looping when I try to respond to ticket.

Got an email saying I needed to respond to a ticket or be deleted. I can get to the ticket but when I try to respond I get a page saying my account has been locked and loops me back to the support page. I've submitted a ticket to support but I don't even get an auto-response. I really need to get this fixed and don't want my data deleted. Anyone have a way to contact DigitalOcean? I can't find phone number, chat, etc. I've tweeted at them as well but have yet to hear a peep from them. HELP!

  • If you're having trouble opening a ticket you can send an email to This will open a new ticket for you and you will receive responses and reply by email as well.

  • Problem is Digital Ocean opened a ticket saying I need to respond or my account will be deleted and then locked me out of the account so I am unable to respond. I've sent in a couple non-logged in tickets and tweeted at them but I haven't gotten a peep out of them in over two hours. Just trying to make certain my account stays in force but um unable to communicate with their support. I'll try the email address and hopefully get some traction there. Thanks.
