Weird java error on redmine deploy with SELinux added to the mix

Ruby on Rails Apache Java

I'm deploying a Fedora 22 and trying to learn the "quirks" of having a red hat based distro enabling SELinux and everything I can come up with. The first thing I can't figure out is that I try to deploy redmine in my droplet and I install everything and the redmine is waiting for the apache to serve it.

The problem I have is a weird Java "permission denied" when trying to visit my redmine app (the site is redmine.droshanae.com) and then a "insuficient memory" error below too.

Does anybody have any idea of what is wrong? (I already checked the SELinux log and it is not being blocked by it)
