Why is my account locked? DO emails me saying my account is active
I just received an email from you saying that my account is now active. But I still see it's locked? Why does this happen? I received this email 2 times. They email, they say "ccount now active, create droplet." I click the link that says "create droplet" and I land on the page "https://cloud.digitalocean.com/account_verification/edit" I can't create a droplet I can't do anything. Please fix this problem.
I asked the support they don't reply me. My ticket number is #551382
