Wordpress Multi-Site setup help

I have multisite with Go Daddy. I am trying to setup WP Multisite with you. I use this plugin for my multisites: post: http://www.jgwebdevelopment.com/plugins/wordpress-multi-site-enabler-plugin/ However, when I enable it in the WP settings I logout and login and it is still WP single site. Can you help? I am wanting to do it on both the droplets I have.
