Promotions and Credits

As a new customer, you can apply a promo code to your account on the Billing page in the Payment methods section. Enter the case-sensitive code in the promo code field. Once entered correctly, the credits will automatically apply to your account. In order to create your first Droplet you must have a valid credit card on your account or make a PayPal deposit.


  • One promo code per account If you’ve redeemed one in the past you cannot add another. To see your promo code history, visit your billing page.

  • Non-transferable Credits from promo codes cannot be transferred to another account, including a team account.

  • Use within 1 year Unlike paid credits from PayPal payments which do not expire, credits from promo codes must be used within one year of the date they were applied.
