doctl projects update <id> [flags]

Description

Updates information about an existing project. Use default as the to update your default project.

Example

The following example updates the project with the ID f81d4fae-7dec-11d0-a765-00a0c91e6bf6 to have the name API Project and the purpose “Backend development”:

doctl projects update f81d4fae-7dec-11d0-a765-00a0c91e6bf6 --name "API Project" --purpose "Backend development"

Flags

--environment The environment in which your project resides. Possible values: Development, Staging, or Production
--format Columns for output in a comma-separated list. Possible values: ID, OwnerUUID, OwnerID, Name, Description, Purpose, Environment, IsDefault, CreatedAt, UpdatedAt.

--is_default Sets the specified project as your default project

--name The project’s name
--no-header Return raw data with no headers
