It is a platform developed by DigitalOcean and its users to create an accessible, easy-to-use knowledgebase that provides developers with the information they need to successfully maneuver and set up their server.

How can I contribute to the DigitalOcean Community?

There are many ways to contribute to the DigitalOcean community. One big way to contribute is to write an article for the DigitalOcean knowledgebase. Other ways to contribute are to answer user questions in the FAQ or write an integration with our API.

How do you choose what to write about in the community articles?

The community articles are written on various topics that relate to installing, configuring, or optimizing various open source programs on Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Fedora, or Arch. If you have any specific topics that you'd like to see written about, we always appreciate suggestions.
