I've two webservers, same configuration, but in Statistics Report I can see that webserver2 is green, but not receiving data, only webserver1 is receiving data, I can conclude that webserver 2 isn't working.

As it told you, use “keybuffersize” in /etc/mysql/my.conf instead of “key_buffer” :-)
