it is possible to Access droplet from mac (with ssh key) and from another windows PC with password? thats because the user cannot config correctly ssh key from pc. thanks

To this:
PasswordAuthentication yes
In /etc/ssh/sshd_config, and then restart the SSH service on the droplet.
