You need to SSH to your droplet and follow the steps you see in your terminal/DigitalOcean console to actually complete the installation processes.
If you are a terminal you can just do
ssh root@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
and the installation process should be printed right after you enter the droplet.
If you don’t have a terminal, you can use DigitalOcean’s console from your Control Panel.
