Any plans for servers outside the northeast US/AMS?

Posted on April 16, 2013

We’re currently using SoftLayer right now, in large part because they’re well-connected and have a data center just up the road (we’re in Austin, they’re in Dallas). We may be able to make DigitalOcean work for our needs despite being quite a bit farther away from the server (I’m a gamer, so my concept of milliseconds making a difference is a bit warped), but it would be really nice if another server cluster came online closer to here.
