That error message is a bit too generic to diagnose on its own. App Platform usually shows a more detailed build or runtime log explaining what failed.
I’d suggest:

Checking the Build Logs and Runtime Logs for the app and sharing the exact error.

Confirming whether this happens during build, deploy, or at runtime.

If it’s a plain “platform error” with no logs, reaching out to DigitalOcean support is the fastest way, since they can see backend platform events.
