Have Digital Ocean running with outline VPN, am showing UK IPV4 and IPV6, but still says Im not in the UK. Any ideas.

Hi,
I think that BBC is pretty aggressive with VPN detection, so even if your IP shows as UK, it might be flagged as a known data center IP. They often block cloud provider IP ranges.
You could try using a residential proxy or a UK-based VPS from a smaller provider. Outline VPN works, but the IP itself is likely the issue here.
