I checked videos online, they all use PC for setting up a wordpress using Digital Ocean. On the video it looked easy with PC, on Mac it’s impossible to find the right answer unless you have some basic knowledge of what’s going on. I am lost. I just paid. I am thinking cancelling the subscription I just got unless some one kind enough can explain it easily. Using a console is not easy if you have never done any programming.

We provide a one-click Application image for Wordpress. This guide will walk you through setting up a Wordpress droplet.
Once your droplet is up and running you will do most configuration of Wordpress via the web interface in your browser so this should not change whether you are on a Windows PC, Mac or Linux.
If you can provide some details on where you are getting stuck when setting things up from a Mac I would be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
Wow ! Thanks for your quick reply ! I am stuck here : 188.166.73.163 I have the same image as the tutorial with the big fish. Step Two: Configure WordPress One your droplet creation is complete your new droplet will serve a placeholder page like the one shown below if you visit your IP address in a browser. This page is in place to protect the WordPress installer until you are ready to complete the setup.
For a non tech guy it does mean much and I tried to look up some videos. On the video it was quiet easy to understand but the guy was using a PC so he could have “Patty”. I tried to find a solution using the console on my mac by watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2t6qRjV42xQ.
All I want to do is accessing this step https://assets.digitalocean.com/articles/wordpress_app/wp_lang.png
Thanks for your help and your time. Jonathan
I don’t know of I have done ( I don’t know if it’s me who unlucked it) I got lucky I can move on the next step after few hours of frustration !
Thank again for your time :)
