I am looking for a shared calendar and address book app, and Radicale looks pretty good. I want to synch calendars with my iPhone, my work’s Outlook, and my wife’s Android phone.Can I run it on DO? I’m not currently a DO customer, but they look promising as they support tomcat and postgresql. Thanks, Ron

DO just give you a VPS. You can run absolutely anything that the OS Supports on it. Radicale is a Python Application, most if not all of the OSes available on DO can run Python. So yes it can run Radicale :) hope this helps.
