I need to send an email when deploying my website on Drip, but ports 25 and 465 are not working. I have already opened all ports on the firewall. May I ask why this is happening?

DigitalOcean blocked SMTP ports in order to deal with spam. This has been raised as a concern as legitimate users like yourself are suffering. I’ll keep you posted once we have any information about the lift.

SMTP was disabled to prevent our servers from sending out spam. An internal procedure is in place regarding this, and we will keep you updated on this matter.
