I have a weird problem. I login to Digital Ocean and confirm my IP address, but can’t login to Plesk. I have different teams and different Plesk installation and they all work fine except for this one. It has worked fine in the past. any advice?

Do you get any specific errors when you try to log in?
What I could suggest is to try and reset the Plesk admin password by following the steps here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/connect-with-ssh/
YOUR_NEW_PASSWORD_HERE with your new password and keeping a space on the sides:- plesk bin admin --set-admin-password -passwd 'YOUR_NEW_PASSWORD_HERE'
