Hi, I have created new droplet and assign reserved IP I also have configured firewall that allow ICMP
currently I able to ping my droplet using default Public IP4. However I got an issue while ping my reserved IP
I also have assigned my reserved IP to my droplet but still got error when ping <reservedIP>
sucess ping <defaultIP>

You can check if the droplet has UFW enabled and a rule is blocking the ICMP requests or if there is a Cloud Firewall that also limits the ping requests.

Hi - I’m having the same problem now! The droplet did not have ufw running.
I also just deleted the reserved IP and requested a new one against the droplet. I got a new reserved IP address, and it is still not working. Pings to the server’s original IP work, but not to the reserved IP.
