Hi. I signed up today and have tried to deploy wordpress several times. The first time i used easy engine which installed it fine, but I could not access it with the details it was giving me. I then tried your wordpress droplet. That had the same issue at first. Then all of a sudden I could login but not do anything as it would time out. Then I came back to the site and I could no longer login, a password reset did nothing and as of now, the site is down, apparently for no reason. I need to get this site up and running and this is infuriating, can anyone offer some advice please. Thanks

I hope you’ve already sorted this. It seems like you have experienced multiple issues with your WordPress installation and perhaps with the droplet as well. I would suggest contacting Digital Ocean’s support team as something else might be happening here.

Hi, Sadly this is still not sorted. I have now placed 2 support tickets both with no replies, Truly the most shocking customer service I have ever known. 36 hours with no response to a site down question is unacceptable. I have since moved the site to another host where it will stay. I do however want to carry on using digital ocean but unless they can help me sort this issue and actually reply to support tickets then I dont see any choice but to cancel.
