CNAME lookup help


I added 5 Sendgrid CNAMEs to the domain but even after one day, SendGrid is not able to verify the domain. it shows the following error:

Expected CNAME for “” to match “”. Expected CNAME for “” to match “”. Expected CNAME for “” to match “”.

Unable to lookup CNAME for “”. Unable to lookup CNAME for “”.

Please look into this.

I am unable to look up as well. I might suggest that this is not what the actual CNAME was made to be in the DNS editor. Double check the name of the record that you are creating. Put only “em833” in the name field.
