Hello. I need help to config a droplet. I’m developing an app in rails for somebody and he gave me the IP address, username and password to config the droplet. But I can’t find the way to access to it. Is there an extra tool for doing it? Thanks

By default SSH access is provided on new droplets so the details you were provided will most likely allow you to make an ssh connection to this droplet. If you are on Windows you can use PuTTY to connect to your droplet.
