Currently, I am using the free credit on trial. I intend to host my website on a server and am now using the free credit. But as soon as my trial ends, I need to purchase the following system 2 vCPUs 4GB / 120GB Disk ($32/mo). My question is, how can I know if this configuration is enough for my server load? Like, how many users can be handled by this configuration simultaneously? And later, if I need to change, can I upgrade to another configuration?

Good question! The short answer is, it depends on your app’s resource usage (CPU, memory, database, etc).
A 2vCPU/4GB Droplet can usually handle a decent amount of traffic for lightweight sites, but exact user capacity depends on what your site does.
Best approach: monitor usage during the trial using DigitalOcean’s monitoring tools. If CPU or memory gets close to 100% under load, you’ll know it’s time to scale:
