Hello there,

The first thing to check is if cPanel and Apache services are running:

  1. service cpanel status

and

  1. service httpd status

If any of those services is down then you can restart it and check the status again:

  1. service cpanel restart

and

  1. service httpd restart

If the issue is still persisting you can check the Apache and cPanel server logs for additional information about the issue.

Hope that this helps!

Hi there,

Can you share some more information here, please? For example, what is the exact error that you are getting? Are you able to access the server via SSH or via the web console here:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/connect-with-console/

If you can access the server via the web console, I could suggest checking your server logs to see what could be the root cause of the issue.

Feel free to share the errors here.

Best,

Bobby
