Find a piece of software that does what you require, install and configure it with the help of documentation. BIND9 seems to be the most popular option at the moment. A tutorial can be found at https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-configure-bind-as-an-authoritative-only-dns-server-on-ubuntu-14-04

Bind, the most popular DNS server, is used as the backbone of much of the world's DNS system. In this guide, we will discuss how to configure a pair of DNS servers to act as master and slave authoritative-only DNS servers for your domains. We will be demonstrating this on Ubuntu 14.04.
  • You need to have 2 servers ? , What I can not do with one?

  • At least 2 nameservers are recommended for failover purposes as DNS is designed to be a high availability service.

  • understand , and without these "NS" I can use ZPanel to host websites with separate domains ?.
New Domains, DNS should they target? the NS1.DIGITALOCEAN.COM and NS2.DIGITALOCEAN.COM

  • Yes, using DigitalOcean nameservers just means you have to update the records from within the DigitalOcean panel.

and record type use? I used the A with Dominio.com value and my ip.
Example: Record Type: A agenciauando.com xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

  • why do you require NS servers? do you want to start a hosting business? I fully recommend you to pay a plan with Cloudflare and manage your NS servers there. Also you can use theirs for free with a free plan only difference is you don't use your own domain name but not a big deal.
