It might not be recoverable unless a snapshot or backup was taken beforehand. I’d recommend reaching out to DigitalOcean support as soon as possible, if there’s any chance of recovery, they’re the only ones who can help.
Usually, when a droplet is destroyed and there is no backup the answer is no. Having said that, you can contact DigitalOcean’s support to try and see if they have a backup laying somewhere.
