Digital Ocean emails working?
Just fired up a droplet but can’t get hold of the root password! It wasn’t emailed to me and so i’ve tried to reset the password via the ‘Access’ tab of the droplet page - still no email.
I thought it might be something to do with my email account and so i’ve tried to change the email address on file at DO, but haven’t received the confirmation email to the other account so I can’t even do that!
I’ve had an absolute nightmare this evening.. So firstly, tried to resize droplet (via Snapshot) and retain my IP address. After opening a support ticket and being assured that my IP was reserved, I lost it. I need my root password to reconfigure my droplet so that it works with this new IP address! Arghh!!!!!!
Anyone else had issues with DO emails?
