What is the reason for this report?

DMCA complaint still got my account blocked even after blocking access to those account by when it could be active again

I have multiple sites of different clients on the single droplet, I had received a mail regarding DMCA complaint and have blocked the access to those domains in the ISPConfig Panel and have informed the client but still, my Droplet got blocked, how could it be again accessed so my other clients doesn’t get don’t get effected

And what would be the time frame of that?
