Hello i´m reselling your services but what happens if one of my users distribute copyright protected material or other "bad" things? My policy is terminated their accounts but DigitalOcean terminate my account if for example i received like 10 DMCA-notification each day? Thanks

Violation of Copyright, Trademark, Patent or Trade Secret
2.9 Users may not use Network resources in violation of the copyrights, trademarks, patents or trade secrets of third parties, nor shall they utilize the Network to publish such materials in a manner that would expose them to public view in violation of the restrictions of law. The provisions of the DMCA will apply to issues presented by allegations of copyright violations by third parties. DigitalOcean will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

i was considering reselling DO's services but this rule really a problem. I will obviously alert/stop/terminate the instance that causing such violation but if they terminate my whole account, then this is not suitable for me (probably for no one).
I would like to know about this too, because I am already reselling it.
If you are reselling then all of the DMCA complaints that your servers generated are attached under your account so if there is an excessive amount it may lead to your account being suspended due to violation of our AUP/TOS.

There is no specific number of DMCA or abuse complaints or a daily rate it is on a case by case basis and we are also trying to establish and understand the overall legitimacy of the customer. Is is that they are reselling and just have a few bad apples or something more systematic.

If an account begins to generate what we consider to be a high volume of abuse we notify the customer and if the determination is that we can no longer support them we inform them that due to repeated violations we can unfortunately no longer provide service and work out a timeline for them to migrate services elsewhere.

If you've already been reselling and haven't received any abuse complaints then great! If you have, then if they continue you'll see a few tickets from us where we will be asking for more information as to why the account is generating a lot of abuse well before anything is actually done.
