I wonder if you guys offer this kind of service. If my server needs more resources in a given time, it will adjust and increase its capacity, and when it does not need them, it will decrease.

This is not yet possible with the DigitalOcean Droplets but could be achieved with the Managed Kubernetes service and autoscaling:
