I tried to access the server via Console Viewer but it does not appear nothing. only a blank white box

The HTML5 console should be working. A trick is to click on the console viewer, then maybe close your browser tab and re-connect to the console viewer in a new tab. Be aware that the HTML5 console will time out after 15 minutes.

<br>It has been reported to us in the past that IE8 doesn’t support HTML5 which is why it says canvas not supported. Canvas is an html element that is only available in HTML5 and it seems that IE8 doesn’t support that. We recommend Chrome and Firefox as they support HTML5 and should work correctly.
