Does DO provide an HSM (Hardware Security Module) for storing certificates

I know that a similar question was asked over a year ago, but am hoping that maybe things have changed. Our apps need to do document signing, which requires a certificate issued by a CA. I have spoken with Entrust and Sectigo about their services, and both require that the cert be stored in an HSM. This is to meet a FIPS requirement which is necessary to be a member of the Adobe Approved Trust List. AWS, Azure, and Google all offer HSM as part of their cloud hosting services. I would like to stay with Digital Ocean, but PDF document signing will eventually be an important component of our applications.
