Hi, I got a Droplet in San Francisco and my download speed is 83,700bps which is less than 83kb sometimes it lift to 100kbps but the majority of the queue is impossible slow, could you help me to find out what it is? My Internet speed is 200mbps I got a nice Optic Fiber and it works great in every other network activity but with Digital Ocean it sucks. Please help!

When we see it that slow, it’s usually the sftp settings or the software (assuming it’s an scp/sftp transfer).
Can you open a ticket so we can take a closer look and ask some more questions, that’s horribly slow.
