When trying to access the site hosted on my droplet, it reached a timeout. I couldn’t SSH via the console nor the web console as well.
I tried turning off the droplet and now it’s stuck at executing “Power Off”. It has already been an hour. Any ideas on why this is happening and how it can be resolved?

Hi @danilobarrojr,
In that case, I’ll recommend using the Power cycle option. It’s for cases like this one. After you do it, the droplet should shut down no matter what. When you boot it again, you’ll need to understand why it freezes like so and try to fix it.
I’ll assume there are some proccess being stuck as they can’t execute something. Check if you have any cron jobs that don’t quit after executing or too many mysql processes.
