Droplet Locked by DigitalOcean Staff and not getting any response even after raising two support tickets -how I can contact the support team to resolve the issue. is there any technical reason

I want to destroy droplet but i cant do it because of Droplet Locked by DigitalOcean Staff. I write to support team 5 times for a 3 days , but they answer with the same “script” text… what can I do to destroy droplet?
When you receive a message like this it usually means that a droplet has been locked due to an abuse issue. This may indicate that your droplet has been compromised and is being used in an attack. When this occurs a new ticket is opened on your account regarding the issue so our support team can assist you in resolving it. I see that the support team has responded to your ticket and this issue is being resolved.
My droplet has been locked , I want to know why.
